摘要
针对当前建设工程中对混凝土质量的要求越来越高的问题,加强对水泥性能的改进,是当前研究的一个重点。以有机物改性剂作为切入点,通过制备一种PB-g-PS的有机聚合物,然后以以上制备的合成物作为原材料,在固定水灰比等的情况下,探讨不同聚灰比和GMA质量百分比下的水泥砂浆性能,结果表明,当聚灰比为10%,GMA为4%的时候,水泥砂浆的抗折和抗压强度都较高,进而为当前水泥砂浆的配置提供了新的参考思路。
In view of the increasing demand for the quality of concrete in the current construction project, strengthening the improvement of cement performance is a key point of current research. In this paper, using organic modifier as a breakthrough point, an organic polymer PB-g-PS was prepared, and then using the prepared compound as modifier, under the condition of fixed water-cement ratio, the performance of cement mortar with different polymer-cement ratio and GMA mass percentage was investigated. The results showed that when the polymer-cement ratio was 10% and GMA was 4%, the flexural strength and compressive strength of cement mortar were relatively high.
