童年创伤对海洛因戒断者心理健康的影响:自我概念的中介作用

摘要
目的:探讨海洛因戒断者童年创伤对其心理健康的影响是否存在自我概念的中介作用。方法:采用儿童期心理创伤问卷、田纳西自我概念量表、症状自评量表对466名男性海洛因戒断者进行调查。结果:(1)海洛因戒断者普遍存在童年创伤经历,其心理健康水平低于国内常模,其自我概念各维度间无显著差异。(2)自我概念量表中多项因子与童年创伤量表中所有因子、心理健康各因子呈显著负相关;心理健康各因子与童年创伤中多项因子呈显著正相关。(3)自我概念在童年创伤和心理健康之间起部分中介作用,中介效应占总效应的18. 36%。结论:海洛因戒断者的心理健康水平低于国内常模,且普遍存在童年创伤,自我概念在童年创伤和心理健康之间起部分中介作用。
Objective: To investigate whether there is an intermediary role of self-concept in the effects of childhood trauma on mental health among heroin abstainers.Methods: Using three questionnaires to survey 466 male heroin addicts: Tennessee Self-Concept Scale, Self-reporting Inventory and Childhood Truama Questinnaire.Results:( 1) Childhood traumatic experiences were common in heroin abstainers,their mental health was worse than that in domestic norm,but there was no significant difference in their self-concept factors.( 2) There was a significant negative correlation between most factors in self-concept and all the factors in childhood trauma,and there was a significant negative correlation between most factors in self-concept and all mental health factors in the scale. Besides,there were significant positive correlations between mental health factors and childhood traumatic factors.( 3) Self-concept plays a part-mediated role in childhood trauma and mental health.Conclusion: The heroin abstainers not only have worse mental health than the domestic norm,but also experienced childhood trauma generally. Besides,between childhood trauma and mental health,self-concept plays a part-mediated role.
