温针结合肌内效贴治疗寒湿型腰痛的临床疗效研究

摘要
目的探讨温针结合肌内效贴治疗寒湿型腰痛的临床疗效。方法选取2017年1月至2017年12月我院收治的60例寒湿型腰痛患者,随机分为治疗组、对照A组和对照B组,各20例。治疗组进行温针结合肌内效贴治疗,对照A组单纯采用温针治疗,对照B组单纯采用肌内效贴治疗。三组患者均以10次治疗为1个疗程,治疗2个疗程,中间休息2 d。结果治疗前,三组患者的VAS与JOA评分比较无统计学差异(P>0.05)。治疗后,治疗组的VAS评分低于对照A组、对照B组, JOA评分高于对照A组、对照B组,差异均有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论温针结合肌内效贴治疗寒湿型腰痛能够有效降低患者的疼痛程度,明显改善其腰椎功能,临床疗效显著,值得推广应用。
Objective To explore the clinical curative effect of warm acupuncture combined with intramuscular plaster in the treatment of cold-damp low back pain. Methods 60 cases of patients with cold-damp low back pain admitted to our hospital from January2017 to December 2017 were selected and randomly divided into treatment group, control group A and control group B, with 20 cases in each group. The treatment group was treated with warm acupuncture combined with intramuscular plaster, the control group A was only treated with warm acupuncture, and the control group B was only treated with intramuscular plaster. The three groups were treated for 2courses(10 times as a course) with 2 days interval rest. Results Before treatment, no statistical difference was found in the VAS and JOA scores among the three groups(P >0.05). After treatment, the VAS score of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group A and control group B, and the JOA score was higher than that of the control group A and control group B(all P <0.05). Conclusions Warm acupuncture combined with intramuscular plaster can effectively reduce the pain degree of patients with cold-damp low back pain, and significantly improve the lumbar vertebra function, with significant clinical curative effect, which is worthy of promotion and application.
