摘要
目的了解中学生校园被欺凌行为、情绪行为与非自杀性自伤(NSSI)的关系,同时通过结构方程模型分析情绪行为问题在该关系中的中介或调节作用。方法以南昌大学附属中学、江西省临川第二中学和崇仁县第二中学的中学生为研究对象。使用自伤评定问卷、Olweus欺凌问卷、长处与困难问卷(SDQ)对研究对象进行问卷调查。运用SPSS22.0软件进行数据统计分析,使用Mplus7.0软件进行结构方程模型构建以及中介效应分析。结果中学生NSSI检出率为33.7%,校园被欺凌的报告率为13.7%。校园被欺凌、情绪行为得分与NSSI得分呈正相关(r=0.18、0.27,均P<0.001);被欺凌是中学生NSSI的独立危险因素(β=0.305,P<0.001),情绪行为能够正向预测NSSI的发生(β=0.255,P<0.001);在中学生校园被欺凌对NSSI的影响过程中,情绪行为发挥中介作用,且为部分中介作用,中介效应占总效应的29.95%。结论中学生被欺凌、情绪行为均与NSSI有关联,情绪行为问题在被欺凌对NSSI的影响中发挥部分中介作用。对中学生情绪行为问题进行及时干预,可能有利于NSSI的预防和控制。
Objective To explore the relationshipsofbullying victimization and emotional behaviorsto non-suicidal self-injury(NSSI) in middle school students,and to analyze the mediating or regulating effect of emotional and behavioral difficulties using structural equation modeling.Methods The students were investigated usingthe Self-Injury Assessment Questionnaire,Olweus Bully/Victim Questionnaire and Strengths and Difficulties Questionnaire in three middle schools in Jiangxi Province,which were the middle school attached to Nanchang university,Linchuan No.2 middle school and Chongren No.2 middle school,respectively.The data were analyzed by SPSS22.0.The Mplus7.0 was used to constructthe structural equation model and to analyze the mediating effect.Results The prevalence rate of NSSI was 33.7% and the rate of reported bullying victimization was 13.7%in middle school students.Both bullying victimization and emotional behaviors were positively related to NSSI(r=0.18、0.27,all P<0.001).Bullying victimization was an independent risk factor for NSSI in middle school students(β=0.305,P<0.001).Emotional behaviors could positively predict the occurrence of NSSI(β=0.255,P<0.001).Emotional and behavioral problems played a partial mediating effect(29.95% of the total effect) between bullying victimization and NSSI.Conclusion middle school students,both bullyingvictimization and emotional behaviors are associated with NSSI,and emotional and behavioral problems play a partial mediating role in the impact of bullying victimization on NSSI.Timely intervention for emotional and behavioral problems may be beneficial to the prevention and control of NSSI in middle school students.
