围术期综合护理干预对腹腔镜下急性阑尾炎切除患者临床效果的影响

摘要
目的探讨围术期综合护理干预对腹腔镜下急性阑尾炎切除患者临床效果的影响。方法选取2016年4月～2017年4月我院收治的86例急性阑尾炎患者作为研究对象,均行腹腔镜下阑尾炎切除术(LA)。采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和研究组,每组各43例。对照组给予常规手术护理,研究组在对照组基础上给予围术期综合护理干预。比较两组的手术时间、肠道功能恢复时间、卧床时间、住院时间等,并分析两组术后并发症和护理满意度情况。结果研究组的手术时间、肠道功能恢复时间、卧床时间、住院时间等均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组术后并发症总发生率为11.63%,明显低于对照组的32.56%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组护理总满意度为95.35%,高于对照组的81.40%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对LA患者给予围术期综合护理干预,能缩短手术时间,促进患者术后恢复,缩短患者的住院时间,减少并发症的发生,对改善患者预后有积极意义。
Objective To observe the influence of perioperative comprehensive nursing intervention on laparoscopic acute appendectomy. Methods From April 2016 to April 2017, 86 patients with acute appendicitis treated in our hospital were selected as the study subjects. All patients were treated with laparoscopic appendectomy. They were divided into control group and study group according to random number table method, 43 cases in each group. The control group was given routine operation nursing, while the study group was given comprehensive nursing intervention during perioperative period on the basis of the control group. The operation time, intestinal function recovery time, bed rest time and hospitalization time were compared between the two groups. The postoperative complications and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were analyzed. Results The operation time, intestinal function recovery time, bedridden time and hospitalization time of the study group were shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05). The total incidence of postoperative complications in the study group was 11.63%, which was significantly lower than that in the control group(32.56%)(P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the patients in the study group was 95.35%, which was higher than that in the control group(81.40%), the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The comprehensive nursing intervention in the perioperative period of acute appendicitis patients undergoing laparoscopic resection can shorten the operation time, promote the postoperative recovery, shorten the hospitalization time, reduce the occurrence of complications. It has positive significance to improve the prognosis of patients.
