窝沟封闭术联合氟保护漆对儿童龋齿的预防效果观察

摘要
目的探讨窝沟封闭术联合氟保护漆对儿童龋齿的预防效果。方法选取萍乡市妇幼保健院2014年12月~2015年12月收治的120例6~10岁儿童作为研究对象,随机将其分成A组、B组和对照组,每组40例。A组儿童应用窝沟封闭术进行预防治疗,B组儿童应用窝沟封闭术联合氟保护漆进行预防治疗,对照组儿童每日按照常规进行刷牙。对所有研究对象进行随访,比较儿童龋齿的发生率和邻面龋齿发生率以及A、B两组儿童封闭剂的脱落情况。结果经过随访,A组儿童龋齿的发生率为12.50%,B组儿童龋齿的发生率为8.00%,均显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);A组儿童邻面龋齿的发生率为6.00%,B组儿童邻面龋齿的发生率为2.00%,均显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);6个月后A、B两组儿童封闭剂均能保持完整,12个月后A组儿童中有7例出现部分脱落,B组儿童均能保持完整,24个月后,A组儿童14例出现部分脱落,占35.0%,9例出现完全脱离,占22.5%,保持完整率为42.5%,B组儿童3例出现部分脱落,占7.5%,未出现完全脱离的现象,保持完整率为92.5%,显著优于A组儿童,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用窝沟封闭术联合氟保护漆预防儿童龋齿,能够有效降低儿童龋齿发生率和临面龋齿发生率,效果确切,同时封闭剂保持完整率较高,预防效果更好。
Objective To investigate the effect of fissure sealant combined with fluoride protective paint on prevention of dental caries in children.Methods A total of 120 children aged 6 to 10 years admitted to Pingxiang MCH from December 2014 to December 2015 were selected as the subjects,and randomly divided into group A,group B and control group,40 cases in each group.Children in group A were treated with pit and fissure sealant for prophylaxis and treatment.Children in group B were treated with pit and fissure sealant combined with fluoride protective paint for prophylaxis and treatment.Children in control group were routinely brushied.All subjects were followed up,the incidence of caries in children and the incidence of caries in the adjacent cavities,as well as the detachment of children in group A and B were compared.Results After follow-up,the incidence of dental caries was 12.50% in group A and 8.00% in group B,which were significantly better than those in control group(P<0.05).The incidence of caries in group A was 6.00%.The incidence of caries in the adjacent group in group B was 2.00%,which were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).After 6 months,both groups of children′s blocking agent remained intact.After 12 months,7 cases in group A appeared partial shedding,while the children in group B remained intact.After 24 months,14 cases in group A appeared partial shedding,accounting for 35.0%,9 cases were completely detached,accounting for 22.5%,maintaining the complete rate of 42.5%.There were 3 cases of partial detachment in group B,accounting for 7.5%.There was no complete detachment,and the complete rate was 92.5%.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of pit and fissure sealant combined with fluoride protective paint in the prevention of dental caries in children can effectively reduce the incidence of dental caries in children and the incidence of dental caries.The exact effect is achieved.At the same time,the sealant maintains a higher completeness rate and has a better preventive effect.
