摘要
目的探讨窝沟封闭联合3M适乐氟保护漆预防乳磨牙龋齿的效果。方法选择2015年2月至2016年2月在郑州市口腔医院儿童口腔科行健康体检的102例学龄前儿童为研究对象,按随机数表法分为对照组与观察组,每组51例。对照组接受窝沟封闭术预防乳磨牙龋齿,观察组接受窝沟封闭联合3M适乐氟保护漆进行预防,观察干预后6、12、24个月患儿乳磨牙龋齿发生率及龋均值。结果干预后6个月,两组患儿龋均值、乳磨牙龋齿发生率差异无统计意义(P>0.05)。干预后12、24个月,观察组龋均值、乳磨牙龋齿发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论窝沟封闭联合3M适乐氟保护漆可有效预防乳磨牙龋齿,值得推广。
        Objective To investigate the effect of pit and fissure sealant combined with 3 M fluoride protective paint on the prevention of deciduous molars decay. Methods A total of 102 preschool children in the Stomatological Hospital of Zhengzhou for oral health examination from February of 2015 to February of 2016 were selected as the research object. According to random number table,these children were divided into the control group and the observation group equally. In the control group,pit and fissure sealing was used to prevent deciduous molars decay while the observation group were treated with pit and fissure sealant combined with 3 M fluoride protective paint. The incidence of caries and the mean value of caries in deciduous molars at 6 months,12 months and 24 months after treatment were observed in both groups. Results After 6 months of intervention,the mean value of caries and the incidence of caries in the two groups were not statistically significant( P > 0. 05). After 12 months and 24 months of intervention,the mean value of caries and the incidence of dental caries in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant( P < 0. 05). Conclusion Pit and fissure sealing combined with 3 M fluoride protective paint can prevent deciduous molar decay effectively and worthy of promotion.
