真空辅助微创旋切术和传统手术治疗乳腺良性肿瘤的差异对比分析

摘要
目的对比乳腺良性肿瘤应用真空辅助微创旋切术及传统手术治疗的效果。方法将2014年3月至2018年5月本院接收的280例经B超及乳腺钼靶或MR增强检查考虑为乳腺良性肿瘤的患者随机分成两组,即观察组与对照组每组140例,对照组应用传统手术方法治疗,观察组则采用真空辅助微创旋切术治疗,对比两组手术效果、患者满意度及术后并发症发生情况。结果观察组切口大小及术中出血量明显低于对照组,手术时间、切口愈合时间及住院时间均比对照组短,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0. 05);出院时观察组患者对乳房外观的总满意率为95. 00%,显著高于对照组82. 86%的总满意率(P<0. 05);观察组术后并发症总发生率为3. 57%,显著低于对照组11. 43%的总发生率(P<0. 05)。结论针对临床确诊为乳腺良性肿瘤的病患,应用真空辅助微创旋切术治疗,可更加精准的治疗疾病,且手术创伤小及患者术后恢复快、满意度高,值得推广。
Objective To compare the efficacy of vacuum-assisted minimally invasive rotary surgery and traditional surgical treatment for benign breast tumors. Methods 280 cases of patients with breast benign tumor received in our hospital from March 2014 to May 2018 by ultrasound and mammary gland molybdenum target or MR enhancements were randomly divided into two groups,the observation group and the control group,with 140 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were treated with traditional surgery method,while those in the observation group were treated with vacuum-assisted minimally invasive rotary surgery. Operation effect,patient satisfaction and postoperative complications were compared between the two groups. Results The incision size and intraoperative blood loss in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the time of operation,incision healing and hospitalization was shorter than that in the control group,with statistically significant differences( P<0. 05). When discharged from hospital,the total satisfaction rate of patients with breast appearance in the observation group was 95. 00%,significantly higher than 82. 86% in the control group( P<0. 05). The total incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was 3. 57%,significantly lower than that in the control group( 11. 43%)( P<0. 05). Conclusion For patients who has been diagnosed with benign breast tumors,the application of vacuum-assisted minimally invasive rotary surgery can be more accurate in the treatment of diseases,with less surgical trauma,rapid postoperative recovery and high satisfaction,which is worthy of promotion.
