从辅导员角度讨论高校应对突发事件途径

摘要
最近几年,高校突发事件显现出递增的态势,研究科学高效的应对途径,可以最大程度的消弭突发事件对学校和社会的不良影响,结合近几年有关学者对高校突发事件的相关基础概念和独特属性研究,对于应对高校突发事件的途径,主要表现为科学设计预案处理程序,强调事前对学生的教育和预警、针对事件的性质和类型,采取相应的调控措施,有效的进行善后处理,全过程多方位的控制事件的产生和发展,维护社会和学校稳定,不断创造和谐的教育环境。
In recent years, the incident shows increasing trend, scientific and efficient way of coping, adverse effects can be the greatest degree of elimination of unexpected events on the school and the society, combining with the research in recent years scholars related basic concepts of University emergencies and special properties, for the way to deal with the emergencies in Colleges and universities., mainly for the scientific design plan process, emphasize advance education and warning to students, according to the nature and types of events, to take corresponding control measures, to effectively deal with the aftermath of the emergence and development of the whole process of multi azimuth control events, and maintain social stability of the school, to create a harmonious educational environment.
