摘要
焦化蜡油主要作为催化裂化的原料,其含有的碱性氮化物会引起分子筛催化剂中毒,严重影响催化裂化的反应。本文主要介绍了具有较高选择性的络合脱氮技术,指出了Lewis酸、有机酸、无机酸等络合方法的优缺点,络合脱氮与其他脱氮方法的组合工艺具有选择性高、成本底、收率高的特点,适合工业化应用。
        Coker gas oil is mainly used as the raw material of catalytic cracking. The basic nitrides contained in coker gas oil can cause the poisoning of zeolite catalysts and seriously affect the reaction of catalytic cracking. In this paper,it introduces the complexing denitrogenation technology with high selectivity,and discusses the shortcom-ings and virtues of complexing agents such as Lewis acid,organic acid and inorganic acid and so on. The combined process of complexing denitrogenation and other denitrogenation methods has the characteristics of high selectivity,low cost and high yield,and is suitable for industrial application.
