以高质量就业为导向提高理工科大学生就业核心竞争力——以东北大学理工科为例

摘要
当前大学毕业生的就业形势日趋严峻,高校毕业生就业质量已经成为评价高校办学水平的重要指标,而就业核心竞争力直接影响高校毕业生高质量就业。通过对大学生的就业现状分析、就业心理分析及企业招聘毕业生考察内容的相关调查等,以东北大学理工科学生为例分析了就业核心竞争力主要特征、体现形式及影响因素,探讨提出了大学生核心竞争力提升的就业指导体系模型和教育对策,为促进理工科大学生高质量就业提供借鉴和参考。
The employment situation of college graduates is becoming more and more serious, the quality of employment of college graduates has become an important index of evaluating the level of running a college, and employment core competitiveness directly affect high quality of employment of graduates of colleges and universities.
