提升高校工科毕业生社会竞争力的对策研究——以海南大学理工类学生为例

摘要
高等院校培养计划中没有将全面提升学生的社会竞争力作为培养目标明确提出。因而培养出来的毕业生大多不具备顽强的意志和坚忍不拔的毅力,整个社会和家庭也缺乏对学生相关方面精神和意志的培养教育。本文以海南大学理工类毕业生的调查数据为基础,对影响工科毕业生社会竞争力的主要因素进行分析,提出了提高工科学生社会竞争力的办学指导建议和教育对策,希望能对我国高校工科人才培养质量的提高和学生社会竞争力的增强提供参考。
The cultivation of higher education institutions did not raise the overall social competitiveness of students as a clear target put forward. Therefore, most of the graduates who are trained do not possess tenacious wills and perseverance. The whole society and families also lack training on the spirit and will of the relevant students. Based on the survey data of science and engineering graduates in Hainan University, this paper analyzes the main factors that affect the social competitiveness of engineering graduates and puts forward the suggestions and educational measures to improve the social competitiveness of engineering students. Improve the quality of personnel training and enhance the social competitiveness of students to provide reference.
