<正>患者女性,56岁。因发现右侧乳腺包块4年余入院。体检:右侧乳腺外侧9点钟方向可触及质地较硬包块,境界不甚清楚,活动度较差,无压痛,无乳头溢液,无橘皮征,双侧腋窝可扪及质软样组织。余无异常发现。乳腺超声示:右侧
