摘要
胶结砂砾石作为一种新型筑坝材料抗冻性能较差,采用富浆胶结砂砾石作为胶结砂砾石坝防渗保护结构材料,探究了外加剂对富浆胶结砂砾石抗冻性能的影响,通过冻融试验分析了冻融过程宏观特性,利用压汞试验、扫描电镜和X-Ray衍射试验,探求了富浆胶结砂砾石的冻融破坏的微观机理。试验结果表明,富浆胶结砂砾石冻融过程是水化产物结构由密实到疏松的过程,掺加外加剂对富浆胶结砂砾石的冻融破坏起到了很好的抑制作用。
As a new type of dam material,cemented sand and gravel(CSG)is poor in frost resistance.Using richslurry CSG as the impervious and protective structure material of CSG dam,to explore the effect of additives on frost resistance of rich-slurry CSG,the macroscopic characteristics of freeze-thaw process were analyzed by freeze-thaw test.The microcosmic mechanism of freeze-thaw damage of rich-slurry CSG was explored by mercury injection experiment,scanning electron microscope and X-Ray diffraction experiment.The results show that the process of freeze-thaw of rich-slurry CSG is a process of hydration product structure from dense to loose,and the addition of additives plays a good role in inhibiting the freeze-thaw damage of rich-slurry CSG.
