摘要
本文提出一种新型装配式螺栓连接件。为了探究其抗剪极限承载力及变形特征,基于大型通用有限元分析软件ABAQUS建立其推出试件有限元模型,研究螺栓数量、混凝土强度及螺栓布置间距三个因素对其抗剪性能影响。研究结果表明:螺栓变形由弯剪作用控制;增加螺栓数量能大幅提高该连接件的极限承载力;增大混凝土强度能在一定程度上提高该连接件极限承载力;改变螺栓间距对该连接件极限承载力有一定影响。
A new-type of assembled bolted joint was proposed. To explore its ultimate bearing capacity and deformation characteristics,a finite element model of the test piece was established based on the large-scale general finite element analysis software ABAQUS. The effects of bolt number,concrete strength and bolt spacing on the shear performance were studied. The results show that the bolt deformation is affected by the bending and shearing action. The increased number of bolt greatly enhances the ultimate bearing capacity of the joint. The ultimate bearing capacity of the joint is to a certain extent when the concrete strength is heightened. The change of the bolt spacing has some impact on to the ultimate bearing capacity of the joint.
