微信平台在提高住院患者入院宣教知晓率的效果评价

摘要
目的探讨微信平台在提高住院患者入院宣教知晓率应用中的效果。方法选取2017年4月-2017年6月的住院病人100例,根据病人是否愿意加入微信公众号进行分组,愿意加入者为观察组,不愿意加入或没有上网功能者为对照组。对照组给予常规入院宣教,观察组在常规入院宣教的基础上利用微信平台进行入院宣教。对两组住院病人入院宣教知晓率进行比较。结果观察组入院宣教知晓率及患者满意度均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论利用微信平台进行入院宣教可提高患者入院宣教知晓率及患者满意度,值得临床推广使用。
Objective: To explore the effect of the application of wechat platform in improving the awareness rate of hospitalized patients. Methods 100 inpatients with high quality in April 2017-June 2017 were selected. According to the patient s willingness to join the wechat public, they were willing to join in the observation group, who were unwilling or without the internet function as control group. The control group was given routine admission and education, and the observation group was on the basis of the routine education on the basis of the wechat platform for admission and education. The awareness rate of admission and education for two groups of inpatients was compared. Results The awareness rate of admission and education in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The use of wechat platform for admission and education can improve the awareness rate of hospitalized patients, and it is worthy of clinical application.
