优质护理对成人腹股沟疝修补术患者的干预效果观察

摘要
目的评价在成人腹股沟疝修补术患者日常护理过程中采取优质护理模式所能收获的效果。方法选取2017年10月至2018年10月于本院接受诊治的94例成人腹股沟疝修补术患者,依据术后患者接受护理方案的不同进行随机分组,对照组47例患者接受常规护理,研究组47例患者在对照组基础上接受优质护理,记录2组术后疼痛持续时间、肠道排气时间、下床活动时间、住院时间,加强2组并发症发生情况的观察并详细记录,做好满意度调查,比较2组满意度。结果对照组术后疼痛持续时间、肠道排气时间、下床活动时间、住院时间均明显长于研究组(P<0.05),且对照组并发症发生率明显高于研究组(P<0.05);满意度调查结果显示,对照组满意度明显低于研究组(P<0.05)。结论优质护理模式的应用,一方面强调基础护理,使得患者术后疼痛持续时间更短,在短时间内进行肠道排气、下床活动,加速恢复,缩短住院时间,另一方面强调全面护理,更加专业的护理服务有助于获得更加理想的满意度。
Objective To evaluate effect of quality nursing mode in daily nursing process of adult inguinal hernia repair patients. Methods Choose 94 adult inguinal hernia repair patients in our hospital from October 2017 to October 2018, divide them into two groups randomly according to different nursing schemes. 47 cases in control group were treated with routine nursing care, and 47 cases in study group wih high-quality nursing on the basis of control group. Record postoperative pain duration, intestinal exhaust time and out-of-bed activity time and hospitalization time of two groups. Observe and record complications of two groups them in details, carry on satisfaction survey,and compare satisfaction degree of two groups. Results Postoperative pain duration, intestinal exhaust time, outof-bed activity time and hospitalization time of control group was significantly longer than study group(P< 0.05),and complications incidence of control group was significantly higher than study group(P<0.05). Satisfaction survey showed satisfaction degree of control group was significantly lower than study group(P<0.05). Conclusion On the one hand, high-quality nursing mode emphasizes basic nursing, can shorten postoperative pain duration, carry on intestinal exhaust and out-of-bed activities in a short time, speed up recovery and shorten hospitalization time, on the other hand, it emphasizes comprehensive nursing and more professional nursing service, which can help to obtain more ideal satisfaction.
