摘要
采用MTT法研究了非洲加纳籽乙醇提取物的抗肝癌活性,并研究了其对DPPH自由基的清除能力。结果表明,加纳籽95%乙醇提取物对肝癌细胞SMMC7721和Bel7402具有较好的抑制活性,IC_(50)值分别为(124.05±11.35)μg·mL~(-1)和(157.05±3.94)μg·mL~(-1);不同浓度乙醇提取的加纳籽乙醇提取物对DPPH自由基的清除能力均明显强于Vc。该研究可为非洲加纳籽的生物活性研究及生物活性成分的分离提供参考。
The anti-hepatoma activities of different concentration of ethanol extracts from Griffonia simplicifolia Baill.were measured by MTT assay,and DPPH free radical scavenging capacity of ethanol extracts fromGriffonia simplicifolia Baill.were studied as well.Results showed that 95%ethanol extract fromGriffonia simplicifolia Baill.had good inhibitory activity on hepatoma cell SMMC7721 and Bel7402,with half-inhibition concentration(IC_(50))of(124.05±11.35)μg·mL~(-1) and(157.05±3.94)μg·mL~(-1),respectively.This study may provide references for bioactivity research and bioactive ingredients separation of Griffonia simplicifolia Baill..
