BIM技术在工程造价管理中的应用及效益分析

摘要
BIM技术在建筑行业工程造价管理中有着十分重要的作用,可以为传统的工程管理体系带来创新性的变化,更好地整合各个环节的信息资源,优化管理流程,快速准确地完成工程造价计算工作,控制工程造价管理过程中的风险问题,降低工程造价成本,提高工程项目建设质量和建设效果。论文主要针对BIM技术在工程造价管理中的应用以及效益进行探讨。
BIM technology plays a very important role in the engineering cost management of the construction industry. It can bring innovative change for the traditional engineering management system, and better integrate each link of information resources, optimize the management process, rapidly and accurately completed project cost calculation work, control the risk problem in the process of engineering cost management,reduce the cost of the project cost, improve the quality of the project construction and construction effect. This paper mainly discusses the application and benefit of BIM technology in engineering cost management.
