摘要
目的分析PBL教学法开展逆向式教学改革应用在医学影像专业实践教学环节中的价值。方法选取2016年1月—2018年3月在本院实习的60名医学影像专业实习生作为研究对象。按照计算机法分组,每组收入30名。传统PBL教学法用于参照组,采取PBL教学法开展逆向式教学改革用于实验组,统计两组实习生的实习效果及对教学效果的满意总计算率。结果实验组实习生的影像技术能力评分、影像读片分析及报告评分、学习能力评分、医学影像专业综合素质评分、实习生对教学效果的满意总计算率均高于参照组,组间各数据比较,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论在医学影像专业实践教学环节中采用PBL教学法开展逆向式教学改革获得良好效果。
Objective This paper analyzed the value of PBL teaching method in reverse teaching reform applied in practice teaching of medical imaging specialty. Methods 60 medical imaging interns from January 2016 to March 2018 were selected as the subjects of study. According to the computer method, each group earns 30 people. The traditional PBL teaching method was used in the reference group. The PBL teaching method was adopted to carry out the reverse teaching reform for the experimental group.The total calculating rate of the interns' practice effect and satisfaction with the teaching effect of the two groups were counted. Results The experimental group interns' image technology ability score, image reading analysis and report score, learning ability score, comprehensive quality score of medical imaging specialty and the total calculation rate of interns' satisfaction with teaching effect were higher than those of the reference group, and there was a significant difference between the groups(P < 0.05).Conclusion The use of PBL teaching method to carry out reverse teaching reform in the practical teaching of medical imaging has achieved good results.
