摘要
目的探讨项目导向教学法在检验医学专业实习生临床实习的教学效果。方法通过将我院检验本科专业48名学生随机均等分为实验组和对照组两组,实验组和对照组分别采用项目导向教学法和传统面授教学方法进行教学,教学人员及教学内容相同,课程结束后分别对两组实习同学进行相同的理论知识及实践技能操作等方面的测评。结果实验组学生理论知识成绩、实践技能操作成绩均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05);通过对学生的匿名问卷调查显示,项目导向教学法可以有效的提升学生实习效果,同时在提升学生团队协作项目上有显著作用。结论项目导向教学法明显提高了医学检验专业实习生的各项能力;提升了临床带教效果。
        Objective To discuss the teaching effect of project-oriented teaching method on the clinical practice of medical interns who major in medical laboratory. Methods By dividing 48 undergraduate students, who were majored in medical laboratory in our faculty randomly into two groups:an experimental group and a control group, the experimental group and the control group were respectively treated by using project-oriented teaching method and traditional face-to-face teaching method, the teaching staff and teaching content were the same, and after the course interns from the two groups were evaluated by conducting the same theoretical knowledge and practical skills tests, etc. Results The results of theoretical knowledge and practical skills were significantly higher in the experimental group than in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). By conducting anonymous questionnaire survey of students, project-oriented teaching method was proved to have effectively improved students' practice effect, and at the same time had a significant role on the students' team cooperation on multiple projects. Conclusion The project-oriented teaching method has significantly improved the abilities of medical examination majored interns.It has promoted the clinical teaching effect and its implementation is highly recommended.
