摘要
纸色谱作为一种常见的有机化学实验,主要用于分离纯化多官能团或极性有机化合物,由于操作简单、现象清晰等优点,在很多学校都开设了该实验。然而,在现有实验教学过程中,笔者发现纸色谱用层析筒使用时有诸多缺陷,为了减少实验误差,使得纸色谱实验高效、快捷、方便的开展,通过对现有层析筒改进,设计了一种新的纸色谱用层析筒,能较好的解决前期使用中的一些缺陷。
As a common organic chemistry experiment, paper chromatography is mainly used to separate and purify multi-functional or polar organic compounds. This experiment has been opened in many schools because of its advantages of simple operation and clear phenomenon. However, in the existing experimental teaching process, I found that there are many defects in the use of chromatography cylinder for paper chromatography. In order to reduce the experimental error, the paper chromatography experiment is efficient, fast and convenient to carry out. By improving the existing chromatography cylinder, a new paper chromatography layer is designed, which can better solve the early use. Some defects are worth widely applying and popularizing.
