摘要

充分发挥科研的优势,把科研与教学有机地结合起来,通过将科研成果转化成课堂教学内容,使学生尽早参加教师的科研工作,学生通过这样的科研工作提前开展毕业论文工作,同时鼓励学生将导师的科研内容与各级创新项目结合起来进行申报,几年来通过这几方面的工作,使学生的培养质量有了一定的提高。
