摘要
目的:比较共聚焦激光扫描显微镜(即皮肤CT)和挤压涂片法对毛囊蠕形螨的检出率。方法:选取2018年3月我科门诊无面部皮疹的患者共80人作为志愿者,分别用皮肤CT及挤压涂片法镜检行毛囊蠕形螨检查。结果:皮肤CT检查有41例呈阳性,挤压涂片法有27例呈阳性,检出率比较有统计学意义(X2=5. 01,P <0. 05)。结论:皮肤CT对毛囊蠕形螨的检出率高于挤压涂片法,适合门诊检查与诊断。
        Objective: To make a comparison of positive detection ratesof demodex folliculorum between skin CT and squeezing method. Methods: A total of 80 patients with no facial rash come from our outpatients in March 2018 were selected as volunteers,then skin CT and squeeze method were used to examine the demodex folliculorum. Results: Demodex folliculorum were detectedin 41 volunteerscarried on a skin CTinspection and 27 positive cases were found by squeezing method. Difference betweenthetwogroupshasstatisticalsignificance( X2= 5. 01,P < 0. 05). Conclusion: Skin CT has a higher positive detection rateof demodex folliculorum than squeezing method. It is suitable for outpatient examination and diagnosis.
