摘要
粉末冶金连杆是冰箱压缩机的主要运动部件,在表面处理过程中容易在其表面形成晶粒状粘稠黄色异物,导致连杆与相配合的部件卡死,造成压机不启动。本文首先对比分析蒸汽处理对连杆加工及产生黄色异物的影响,再对连杆的加工和使用前的表面处理工艺进行探讨及对比分析,研究从源头上杜绝黄色异物产生的工艺,最后通过对比测试及试验的方法进行分析,确认采用新工艺的可行性。
Powder metallurgy connecting rod is the main moving parts of the refrigerator compressor,the surface treatment process is easily formed in the grain sticky yellow body on its surface,causing the links with the matched parts stuck,because the compressor does not start.Analysis of this paper firstly steam treatment on the connecting rod processing and effect of yellow foreign bodies,and surface treatment process and use of the connecting rod are analyzed and compared before,to eliminate from the source process of yellow foreign produce,finally analysis is carried out through the method of comparison test and test,confirm the feasibility of the new process.
