摘要
自《普通高校思想政治理论课建设体系创新计划》实施以来,提升思政课课堂教学实效性愈加成为当前思政课教学改革和课程建设的迫切任务。影响思政课课堂教学实效性的因素很多,文章通过对N高校大三和大四学生的抽样调查,了解他们关于思政课及其教学实效性的主观评价数据,探讨思政课教师专业素养对教学实效性的直接和间接影响。最后,从进一步加强思政课教师思想政治素质,增加培训和交流,加强自我学习和训练,建立思政课教师准入和退出机制,完善校院两级教学管理和服务制度等方面提出建议,努力提升思政课教师专业素养和思政课教学实效性,增强大学生获得感。
Since the implementation of the Innovation Plans of Ordinary College Ideological and Political Theory Courses' Construction System, the improvement effort on the effectiveness of classroom teaching of ideological and political theory courses has been made as an urgent task for the present teaching reform and curriculum construction of the ideological and political theory course. There are numerous factors that influence the effectiveness of classroom teaching of ideological and political theory courses, and this paper elaborates the direct and indirect influence of ideological and political teachers' professional quality on the effectiveness of teaching based on the sampling survey of junior and senior students. In an effort to improve the effectiveness of classroom teaching of ideological and political theory courses as well as enhance college students' sense of achievement, this paper focuses on the ways of improving ideological and political teachers' professional quality, such as strengthening the ideological and political quality of ideological and political teachers, increasing the in-service training and communication, enhancing the self-learning and exercise, establishing the ideological and political teachers' personnel admittance and exit mechanism, and improving the two-level teaching management and service system.
