冰片及其在眼科的应用

摘要
冰片在眼科及其他各科应用广泛,文章从以下五个方面进行论述:①冰片的临床应用广泛,尤其是在眼科疾病方面;②关于冰片的寒热属性,各家论述不同;③冰片在眼科应用,应当注意辨证选择;④结合现代研究,可以提高冰片的治疗效果;⑤冰片虽是好药,但临床也要避免滥用。从不同角度论述了冰片在眼科的传统应用以及现代新用,希望能引起眼科同道对冰片临床应用的重视和更加深入的研究。
Borneol is widely used in ophthalmology and other subjects. We discussed it from the following aspects: ① The clinical application of borneol is extensive,especially in ophthalmologic diseases. ②The cold and hot properties of borneol are different from each other. ③We should make dialectical choices when we use borneol in ophthalmology. ④Combined with modern research,the therapeutic effect of borneol is improved. ⑤Although borneol is a good medicine,clinical abuse should also be avoided. The traditional application of borneol in ophthalmology and modern new applications are summarized from different perspectives. We hoped that it will arouse the attention and more in-depth study of the clinical application of borneol.
