浅谈中医中药复方在冠心病中的潜力作用

摘要
冠心病是危害人类生命健康常见病之一,从冠状动脉硬化到轻、中、重狭窄及闭塞是一个复杂的漫长病理演变过程,而硬化致突发急性心血管事件的发生绝非空穴来风。如果在每一个阶段中都能及时采取有效的防治,这都将会避免其不良的结局发生,并能很好地改善其预后、延长这类群体的寿命。整个过程中能及时地正确应用中药复方,从多层次、多角度、多方位、多靶点与西医结合起来进行干预,其疗效是非常显著和可靠的。挖掘中医中药复方在这一领域的防治干预潜力,将是临床医师无法回避的课题。现就结合一临床病例,对此进行初步的论述和分析,其目的是为更好地发挥中医中药复方在冠心病管腔硬化狭窄在各个阶段上临床应用。
Coronary heart disease is one of the common diseases that endanger human life and health, from coronary artery sclerosis to light, medium and heavy stenosis and occlusion is a complex and long pathological evolution process, and the occurrence of sudden acute cardiovascular events caused by sclerosis is by no means empty. If effective prevention and treatment can be taken in a timely manner at every stage, this will avoid its adverse outcome, and can improve its prognosis and prolong the life span of such groups. In the whole process, the traditional Chinese medicine compound can be applied correctly in time, and the curative effect is very significant and reliable from the combination of multi-level, multi-angle, multi-directional, multi-target and Western medicine.Excavating the potential of traditional Chinese medicine compound in this field to prevent and control intervention will be a subject that clinicians cannot avoid. Combining with a clinical case, this paper makes a preliminary discussion and analysis, the purpose of which is to give full play to the clinical application of TCM compound in coronary heart disease lumen sclerosis at all stages.
