摘要
目的:研制一种新型灌肠装置,有利于安全地肠道内给药,并能部分避免肝脏首过效应。方法:新型灌肠装置由灌肠袋和压缩气泵组成。药物由进料口灌入灌肠袋后,通过压缩气泵将空气挤入灌肠袋,从而迫使药物从软管中流出。结果:该装置给药时可以控制药物的流出速度,使药物缓慢而匀速地注入,解决了黏稠药物无法顺利进行灌肠给药的问题。结论:该灌肠装置具有良好的安全性,对灌肠给药过程的控制能力高,且使用方便、结构简单、造价低廉,具有良好的应用前景。
Objective To develop a new enema apparatus so as to facilitate intestinal administration and avoid partly the first-pass effect of the liver.Methods The apparatus was composed of an enema bag and a compressed air pump.The drug was put into the bag from the inlet,and then the air was pushed into the bag with the pump to draw the drug flowing out of the hose.Results The apparatus could control the flow rate of the drug,even the drug with high stickiness could be administered intestinally.Conclusion The apparatus gains advantages in safety,control,convenience,structure and cost,and thus is worthy promoting widely.
