日光-光动力疗法在光化性角化病治疗中的研究进展

摘要
局部光动力疗法(PDT)在非黑素瘤皮肤肿瘤的治疗中发挥重要作用,目前分为传统光动力疗法(c-PDT)和日光-光动力疗法(DL-PDT)。c-PDT主要用于Bowen病、浅表型和薄结节型基底细胞癌和光化性角化病(AK)的治疗。而DL-PDT是近年才研发的治疗方法,目前在欧美国家进行的临床研究较多,操作简单、疼痛轻微、患者依从性好,但易受到天气和光敏剂渗透的影响,关于DL-PDT的替代光源正在研发中。目前DL-PDT主要用于治疗较薄以及中等厚度的AK,尤其是多发性、大面积头面部AK的治疗。同时,DL-PDT还具有预防和(或)延缓AK产生,以及光子嫩肤作用。
