综合护理在持续缓慢低效血液透析中的应用效果分析

摘要
目的观察综合护理在持续缓慢低效血液透析患者中的应用效果。方法将2018年6月—2019年1月期间于我科接受持续缓慢低效血液透析治疗的46例肾脏疾病患者随机分为对照组和观察组,各23例。在枸橼酸钠抗凝基础上,对照组行常规护理,观察组行综合护理。对比两组的并发症发生率和护理满意度。结果观察组的并发症发生率8.6%低于对照组56.5%(P <0.05),观察组的总护理满意度95.7%高于对照组69.6%(P <0.05)。结论对接受持续性缓慢低效血液透析治疗的患者实施综合护理的效果显著,可有效降低患者的并发症发生率,并明显提高其临床护理满意度。
Objective To observe the application effect of comprehensive nursing in patients with continuous slow and inefficient hemodialysis.Methods 46 patients with kidney diseases who received continuous slow and inefficient hemodialysis in our department from June 2018 to January 2019 were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 23 cases in each group. The control group received anticoagulant therapy + conventional nursing of sodium citrate, and the observation group underwent anticoagulant therapy + comprehensive nursing. The complication rate and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The incidence of complications in the observation group was 8.6%lower than control group 56.5%(P < 0.05). The total nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 95.7% higher than that of the control group(69.6%)(P < 0.05). Conclusion The effect of comprehensive nursing care for patients receiving continuous slow and inefficient hemodialysis treatment is significant, which can effectively reduce the incidence of complications and significantly improve the satisfaction of clinical care.
