摘要

目的观察促胃肠道动力药治疗糖尿病胃肠功能紊乱的效果。方法选取本院收治的64例糖尿病胃肠功能紊乱患者作为研究对象,随机分为研究组和对照组。比较两组治疗效果以及生活质量。结果研究组治疗总有效率为93.75%,显著高于对照组(71.88%,P<0.05);研究组的躯体疼痛、生理职能、生理功能、精神健康、情感职能以及社会职能等生活质量评分等均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论促胃肠道动力药治疗糖尿病胃肠功能紊乱,可改善患者便秘、餐后不适、恶心呕吐以及腹胀等临床症状,提高患者生活质量。
        Objective To observe the effects of gastrointestinal motility treatment in patients with diabetic gastrointestinal dysfunction.Methods A total of 64 cases of patients with diabetic gastrointestinal dysfunction received by the hospital selected and randomly divided into two groups,and the treatment effect and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate was 93.75%,which was higher than that in the control group(71.88%,P<0.05).In body pain,physiological functions,physical function,mental health,emotional functions and social functions of research group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The gastrointestinal motility drugs can improve the clinical symptoms such as constipation,postprandial discomfort,nausea and vomiting and abdominal distention,and improve the quality of life of diabetic patients with gastrointestinal dysfunction.
