冰硼痔疮栓治疗痔疮疼痛出血临床研究

摘要
目的:采取随机、对照试验的设计方法,客观评价冰硼痔疮栓治疗痔疮疼痛出血的临床疗效。方法:选取2017年4月～2018年4月四川省第二中医医院肛肠科门诊痔疮患者160例,随机分为观察组与对照组,每组80例。治疗组采取院内制剂冰硼痔疮栓,对照组采取麝香痔疮栓,1次1粒,2次/天,6天为1个疗程。以各期痔疮患者主要症状肛门疼痛、出血为观察指标,对患者的创面出血、肛缘水肿程度、疼痛等症状进行等级评分。结果:冰硼痔疮栓在对各期痔疮肛门疼痛、出血的疗效均优于麝香痔疮栓组(P<0.05)。结论:冰硼痔疮栓与麝香痔疮栓均可有效缓解痔疮疼痛和出血,但冰硼痔疮栓比麝香痔疮栓更有效,起效更快。
Objective:To evaluate the clinical efficacy of using Bingpeng Hemorrhoids Suppository in the treatment of hemorrhoids ache and hemorrhage,we adopted random and controlled trial methods.Methods:A total of 160 patients with hemorrhoids in the anorectal outpatient department of the Sichuan Provincial Second Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from April 2017 to April 2018 were randomly divided into observation group and controlled group,with 80 cases in each group.The treatment group took the hospital preparation of Bingpeng Hemorrhoids Suppository,and the controlled group took the Musk Hemorrhoids Suppository,one capsule at a time,twice per day,and 6 days for one course of treatment.With the cardinal symptoms of anal pain and hemorrhage in each stage as the observation,the patients were graded by wound bleeding,degree of anal edema,and pain,etc.Results:The effect of Bingpeng Hemorrhoids Suppository on anal pain and hemorrhage in all stages of hemorrhoids was better than that in the Musk Hemorrhoids Suppository group(P < 0.05).Conclusion:Both Bingpeng Hemorrhoids Suppository and Musk Hemorrhoids Suppository can effectively relieve hemorrhoid ache and hemorrhage,but Bingpeng Hemorrhoids Suppository is more effective than Musk Hemorrhoids Suppository and it works faster.
