摘要
为研究麻疯树叶提取物对肉鸡肠道发育和肠道黏膜形态的影响,选取1日龄健康铁脚麻肉鸡360只,随机分成6组,分别为抗生素组(15 mg/kg杆菌肽锌)、空白对照组、200 mg/kg麻疯树叶提取物组(JCLE200)、600 mg/kg麻疯树叶提取物组(JCLE600)、1 000 mg/kg麻疯树叶提取物组(JCLE1000)和1 400 mg/kg麻疯树叶提取物组(JCLE1400),每组5个重复,每个重复12只(公母各半),试验期为42 d。结果显示:200 mg/kg和600 mg/kg麻疯树叶提取物组肉鸡十二指肠绒毛轮廓清晰,细胞排列整齐,固有层结构清晰,肠腺发达,绒毛结构完整。表明添加200 mg/kg和600 mg/kg麻疯树叶提取物能促进肉鸡肠道发育,增加小肠的吸收面积及维持小肠黏膜形态的完整性。
        To study the effects of Jatropha curcas leaves extract on intestinal development and intestinal morphology of broilers, three hundred and sixty 1-day-age broiler chicks were randomly divided into 6 groups with 5 replicates and 12 birds per replication(6 male and 6 female). All birds were raised in wired cages for 42 d. The dietary treatments consisted of antibiotic control group(15 mg/kg bacitracin zinc), blank control group, 200 mg/kg Jatropha curcas leaves extract(JCLE200), 600 mg/kg Jatropha curcas leaves extract(JCLE600), 1 000 mg/kg Jatropha curcas leaves extract(JCLE1000) and 1 400 mg/kg Jatropha curcas leaves extract(JCLE1400). The results showed that the duodenal villus of broilers with 200 mg/kg and 600 mg/kg Jatropha curcas leaves extract had clear outline, orderly arrangement of cells,clear lamina propria, well-developed intestinal glands and integrity of villus. It was concluded that the supplementation of Jatropha curcas extract in diet for broilers at 200 or 600 mg/kg had no damage to the structure of intestine morphology and could promote the development of intestine.
