摘要
沙棘果渣是沙棘果榨取果汁后的副产物,约占沙棘果鲜重的20%,其营养丰富,富含纤维、蛋白质、脂肪、维生素、黄酮类化合物等,在动物营养、抗氧化和免疫方面有极大的利用价值。将沙棘果渣作为动物饲料应用,不仅可以改善动物机体的抗氧化和免疫机能、提高动物的生产性能、改善畜产品品质,还可以节省常规饲料资源、降低饲养成本,缓解我国饲料资源紧缺的压力。因此,本文就沙棘果渣的营养特点及其在动物饲粮中应用情况进行综述,以期为合理科学地利用沙棘果渣提供理论依据。
        Sea buckthorn pomace is a co-product of juice processing from the fleshy berries tissue,accounting for about 20% weight of fresh berries. Sea buckthorn pomace is rich in nutrients and contains fibre,protein,lipid,vitamins,flavonoids,etc. It has great utilization value in nutrition,antioxidation and immunity of animals. Using it as alternative feed for animals can not only improve animal antioxidant ability,immune function,growth performance,and quality of animal products,but also save conventional feed resources,reduce feeding costs and alleviate the pressure of shortage of feed resources in China. Therefore,the present paper reviews the nutritional properties of sea buckthorn pomace and its application in diets of animals,to provide theoretical basis for rational and scientific utilization of sea buckthorn pomace.[Chinese Journal of Animal Nutrition,2019,31(7):2965-2970]
