腓骨近端截骨联合关节镜手术治疗膝关节内侧间室骨关节炎临床探究

摘要
目的临床探究腓骨近端截骨联合关节镜手术治疗膝关节内侧间室骨关节炎。方法在佳木斯市中心医院2016年3月—2018年3月治疗膝关节内侧间室骨关节炎患者中选取52例,并严格按照随机分配原则分为对照组和观察组,各26例。其中对照组采用腓骨近端截骨方法进行治疗,观察组采用腓骨近端截骨联合关节镜手术进行治疗,随访两组患者膝关节恢复情况和手术后的满意情况。结果治疗前两组患者膝关节Lysholm评分差异无统计学意义,P>0.05。治疗后观察组膝关节Lysholm评分改善情况均优于对照组。对两组患者治疗后情况进行随访,术后1个月观察组总满意度高于对照组;术后3个月观察组总满意度高于对照组;术后6个月观察组总满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义。结论对膝关节内侧间室骨关节炎患者采用腓骨近端截骨联合关节镜手术治疗效果显著,有效改善患者膝关节功能以及提高患者对治疗方法的满意度,值得推广。
ObjectiveTo explore the clinical treatment of medial compartment osteoarthritis of knee joint by fibula osteotomy combined with arthroscopy.Methods52 patients with medial compartment osteoarthritis of knee joint from March,2016 to March,2018 were selected and divided into control group(n = 26)and observation group(n = 26)according to the principle of random distribution. The control group was treated by proximal fibula osteotomy,and the observation group by fibula proximal osteotomy combined with arthroscopy.ResultsThere was no statistical difference in knee joint Lysholm score between the two groups before treatment. The was of no statistical significance,P > 0.05. After treatment,the improvement of Lysholm score of knee joint in the observation group was better than that in the control group. Total satisfaction degree of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,1 month,3 months and 6 months after operation.ConclusionThe proximal fibula osteotomy combined with joint is used in the patients with medial interventricular osteoarthritis of the knee. The effect of endoscopic surgery is remarkable,and it is worth popularizing to improve the function of knee joint and improve the satisfaction of the patients.
