摘要

供应链下的物流管理,事关企业生产经营、产品制造与循环。针对当前企业物流管理中存在的管理现代性不足、信息化不够、不确定性因素多、人才短板等问题,物流管理重点要围绕流程优化、系统建设、风险预警等开展。在方向上,供应链下的企业物流管理要加大精细化、信息化、专业化等建设。
        Logistics management under supply chain is related to enterprise production and operation,product manufacturing and circulation. In terms of the problems existing in current enterprise logistics management such as insufficient management modernity,insufficient informatization,many uncertainties and shortage of talents,logistics management should focus on process optimization,system construction,risk early warning and so on. In the direction of logistics management,enterprises under the supply chain should strengthen the construction of refinement,informatization and specialization.
