摘要
随着经济的快速发展,绩效管理在中小企业的发展中尤为重要,它既是整个人力资源管理系统的核心,也是企业能够长久生存和发展的关键。本文重点研究绩效管理在中小企业的误区,并提出相应对策,以便使绩效管理在中小企业管理中能充分发挥激励与约束的作用。
With the rapid development of economy,performance management is particularly important in the development of small and medium-sized enterprises,which is the core of the whole human resource management system,and also the key to the long-term survival and development of the enterprises. This paper focuses on the misconceptions of performance management in small and medium-sized enterprises and puts forward corresponding countermeasures,so as to make performance management give its full play of incentives and constraints in the management of small and medium-sized enterprises.
