上市公司股票价格与会计信息相关性实证研究

摘要
市场中许多因素会影响股票的价格,研究和分析上市公司会计信息对股票价格的影响是非常必要和有意义的。近年来,中国上市公司会计信息披露日益完善,中国证券市场监管日益加强。但是,会计信息对股票价格影响程度的大小,哪些会计信息可以为投资者做出投资决策提供最大的帮助,这些问题依然有待回答。本文采用2017年上海证券交易所上市公司的相关数据,建立多元线性回归模型,通过SPSS统计软件定量分析十大会计信息指标对股价的影响,为人们做出投资决策提供一些理论依据和建议。
Many factors could affect the stock price. Therefore, it is very necessary and meaningful to research and analyze the effect of accounting information on stock price. In recent years, the disclosure of China's accounting information of listed companies and the regulation of securities markets in China have increasingly strengthened and improved. However, what is the extent of accounting information's effect on stock prices, what kind of accounting information could provide investors most help. These issues are urgent to be answered. This paper uses accounting data of listed companies from Shanghai Stock Exchange in 2017 to conduct empirical research with SPSS statistical software.Establishing the multivariable linear regression model and quantitatively analyzing the influence of the ten accounting information indicators on stock prices, which could offer theoretical basis and some advices for people to make investment decisions.
