摘要

运用DEA模型对河南省科技金融融合效率进行实证分析,发现融合效率整体处于相对有效状态,部分年份的投入出现冗余、产出不足。需合理分配各要素的投入,并提高技术管理水平,采取有效措施促进科技金融协调发展。
        Using DEA model to analyze the integration efficiency of science, technology and finance in Henan Province, the results show that the integration efficiency is in a relatively effective state, and there are obvious redundancies in input and output in some years, and it is necessary to reasonably allocate the investment of various elements, improve the level of technology management, and take effective measures to promote the coordinated development of science, technology and finance.
