从“血不利则为水”论下肢深静脉血栓形成的治疗

摘要
当前中医药治疗下肢深静脉血栓形成主要以活血化瘀利水为法,然经临床实践验证发现,单纯应用活血化瘀利水法治疗下肢深静脉血栓形成临床疗效多有局限。本文结合《金匮要略·水气病脉证并治》中"血不利则为水"的论述,立足气分、血分、水分三者的关系,探讨"血不利则为水"在下肢深静脉血栓形成发病发展过程中因"血不利"而致下肢肿胀的机理,并认为"血不利则为水"之治法精要,不仅在于"活血化瘀"更在于"温阳化气",借阳和以助融运。
The current treatment of deep venous thrombosis of the lower limb is mainly to promote blood flow and induce diuresis to alleviate edema,but there are many limitations in clinical efficacy. Combined with the"unsmmoth blood circulation results in water retention"in the Jin Gui Yao Lue,this paper,based on the Qi,blood,water,the relationship between the three,aims to discuss the mechanism of lower limb swelling which resulted by "unsmmoth blood circulation"in the process of development of lower extremity deep vein thrombosis,and argues that the essence of this view,is not only about "promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis",but also about "warming yang and promoting flow of Qi",and to help transport by Yang Qi.
