股肿灵煎剂联合西药治疗急性下肢深静脉血栓形成32例疗效观察

摘要
目的:观察股肿灵煎剂联合西药治疗急性下肢深静脉血栓形成的临床疗效。方法:收治急性下肢深静脉血栓形成患者62例,随机分为治疗组32例和对照组30例。两组均予以基础治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加服股肿灵煎剂,比较治疗效果。结果:治疗后10 d,对比两组患者健患肢周径,治疗组的周径差小于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组总有效率96.88%优于对照组的80.0%(P<0.01)。结论:股肿灵煎剂联合西药治疗下肢深静脉血栓临床疗效显著。
Objective:To explore the clinical curative effect of Gu Zhong Ling Apozem combined with western medicine in the treatment of acute deep vein thrombosis of lower extremity.Methods:62 patients with acute deep vein thrombosis of lower extremity were selected.They were randomly divided into the treatment group of 32 cases and the control group of 30 cases.Two groups were given basic treatment,and the treatment group added Gu Zhong Ling Apozem on the basis of the control group.We compared the treatment effect.Results:At 10 days after treatment,the circumference of contralateral limb and affected limb was compared,and the circumference difference in the treatment group was less than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of96.88% in the treatment group was better than 80% of the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:The clinical curative effect of Gu Zhong Ling Apozem combined with western medicine in the treatment of acute deep vein thrombosis of lower extremity was significant.
