上海地区儿童网织红细胞参数参考区间的建立

摘要
目的分析上海地区3～16岁健康儿童网织红细胞(Ret)相关参数并初步建立其参考区间。方法按年龄和性别对1 078例上海地区健康儿童进行分组,利用Sysmex XN-2000全自动血液分析仪对所有调查对象采集2mL抗凝静脉血进行Ret相关参数测定,以百分位数(P_(2.5),P_(97.5))建立参考区间。结果 Ret 7项参数均为偏态分布,且不同年龄组之间差异均有统计学意义(P<0.016 7)。网织红细胞百分数(Ret%)在不同性别组之间差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。网织红细胞绝对值(Ret#)仅在3～6岁年龄组中,男女间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。未成熟网织红细胞百分率(IRF)、低荧光强度网织红细胞百分率(LFR)、中荧光强度网织红细胞百分率(MFR)均只在>6～12岁年龄组中,男女间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。高荧光强度网织红细胞百分率(HFR)在>6～12、>12～16岁年龄组中,男女间差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。网织红细胞血红蛋白含量(Ret-He)在3～6、>6～12岁年龄组中,男女间差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论该研究初步建立上海地区3～16岁健康儿童Ret相关参数的参考区间。
Objective To analyze the relative parameters of reticulocyte(Ret)in healthy children aged 3-16 years old in Shanghai area and to preliminarily establish their reference intervals.Methods According to age and gender,1 078 healthy children in Shanghai area were grouped.2 mL anticoagulant venous blood was collected from all respondents and the Sysmex XN-2000 automated hematology analyzer was used to measure the Ret related parameters.The reference interval was established by using percentile(P_(2.5),P_(97.5))method.Results The seven parameters of Ret were the skewed distribution,moreover the difference among different age groups was statistical significant(P<0.016 7).The Ret percentage(Ret%)had statistical difference between the different gender groups(P<0.05).The Ret absolute value(Ret#)only had statistical differences in the 3-6 years old group and between male and female(P<0.05).The immature Ret percentage(IRF),low fluorescence intensity Ret percentage(LFR)and middle fluorescence intensity Ret percentage(MFR)only had statistical difference in the>6-12 years old group and between male and female(P<0.05).The high fluorescence intensity Ret percentage(HFR)had statistical differences in the > 6-12 years old group and>12-16 years old group,and between male and female(P<0.05).The Ret hemoglobin equivalent(RetHe)had statistical differences in the 3-6 years old group and>6-12 years old group,and between male and female(P<0.05).Conclusion The reference intervals of Ret relative parameters in Shanghai area are preliminarily established by this study
