浮针治疗肩关节周围炎临床疗效的Meta分析

摘要
【目的】评价目前浮针治疗肩关节周围炎的优越性及安全性。【方法】利用计算机及手工检索数据库中关于浮针治疗肩关节周围炎的临床研究,由两名评价者独立对符合纳入标准的临床试验进行数据的提取。使用Cochrane系统评价手册5.1.0评价文献质量,采用RevMan5.3软件进行数据的Meta分析。【结果】共纳入8个随机对照试验(共636例),合并OR值(总有效率)为3.90,95%可信区间(CI)[1.67,9.10];合并效应检验值Z=3.15,P<0.01,组间比较差异有统计学意义,浮针组疗效优于对照组。【结论】浮针治疗肩关节周围炎疗效及安全性优于对照组,由于纳入文献质量偏低,样本量有限,上述结论的验证尚需更多严格设计、多中心、大样本的高质量随机对照试验结果来进一步支持。
Objective To evaluate the clinical superiority and safety of floating needle in treating scapulohumeral periarthritis. Methods The clinical trials of floating needle in treating scapulohumeral periarthritis were retrieved from databases by computer and handwork. Two evaluators independently extracted the data from the clinical trials following the inclusion criteria. The quality of clinical trials was evaluated by Cochrane system evaluation manual 5.1.0,and data analysis was performed by RevMan5.3 software. Results A total of 8 randomized controlled trials(636 cases)were included,and the combined odds ratio(OR)for total effective rate was 3.90,95% confidence interval(CI)was [1.67,9.10]. The combined effect test showed Z = 3.15,P<0.01,and the difference of inter-groups was statistically significant,indicating that the efficacy of floating needle group was stronger than that of the control group. Conclusion Floating needle has stronger efficacy and higher safety for the treatment of scapulohumeral periarthritis than control group. But because the quality of included clinical trials was low and the sample size was small,the above conclusion needs to be further verified by the high-quality randomized controlled trials with strict design,multi-center and large samples.
