神经源性骨化性肌炎一例报告并文献复习
摘要
目的通过报道1例保守治疗神经源性骨化性肌炎(neurogenic myositis ossificans, NMO)及文献复习,提高对NMO的认识,同时为临床应用该方法治疗NMO提供参考。方法 1例NMO病人行保守治疗,通过治疗后病人症状变化来评估治疗效果,应用影像学资料评估病灶是否继续增大。同时复习相关文献,总结该病的发病、诊断、治疗及预防。结果保守治疗后病人病情得到控制,且复查X线及CT明确病灶较前未见明显增大、边界较前更清楚、骨小梁较前更明显。结论保守治疗可以改善NMO病人的症状、控制病灶进一步增大,但仍需大量高质量、高循证等级研究来提供足够的证据。
