不同椎管内麻醉方法对老年人下肢骨折患者循环功能的影响

摘要
目的评价不同椎管内麻醉方法对老年人下肢骨折患者循环功能的相关影响。方法选取本院2016年2月至2018年2月收治的59例老年下肢手术治疗骨折患者,按麻醉方法分为持续硬膜外麻醉组(n=29)、腰硬联合麻醉组(n=30),对比两组老年患者循环功能(SBP、DBP、MAP、HR)变化情况。结果与腰硬联合麻醉组比较,持续硬膜外麻醉组患者在麻醉10 min后循环功能指标变化更加明显(P <0.05)。结论与持续硬膜外麻醉相比,老年下肢骨折患者行腰硬联合麻醉对循环功能影响更小,安全性更好。
Objective To evaluate the effects of different spinal anesthesia methods on circulatory function in elderly patients with lower extremity fractures and summarize clinical experience. Methods From February2016 to February 2018,59 elderly patients with lower extremity fractures were divided into continuous epidural anesthesia group(n=29)and combined spinal-epidural anesthesia group(n=30)according to anesthesia methods.The changes of circulatory function(SBP,DBP,MAP,HR)in the two groups were compared. Results Compared with continuous epidural anesthesia,the changes of circulatory function indexes in the continuous epidural anesthesia group were more obvious after 10 minutes of anesthesia(P<0.05). Conclusion Compared with continuous epidural anesthesia,combined spinal-epidural anesthesia in elderly patients with lower extremity fractures has less effect on circulatory function and better safety.
