摘要
成人肱骨远端骨折约占肱骨骨折的1/3,且骨折发生率有增长趋势。肱骨远端骨折易累及关节面,术后并发症高发,同时影响功能恢复。肱骨远端骨折的成功治疗取决于骨折的正确复位,固定的稳定性和刚度,以及适当的康复锻炼。该文回顾近年文献,对当前的治疗理念,常用手术入路及手术方法的利与弊,手术并发症的防治方法及早期功能锻炼进行综述。
