从教务视角探索教学——学工联动的高校服务型党组织的育人实践

摘要
教学和学工部门是实施全程育人、全方位育人的主要单位,随着教学改革、学生群体和教育管理的变化带来的新形势,高校需要加强服务型党组织建设,将党建重点和中心工作结合起来,创新跨部门的工作机制,改进工作方式。教学—学工联动的高校服务型党组织坚持思想学习与业务提升并进,线上线下精准服务全校师生,用好课堂教学这个主渠道,坚持教书和育人相统一,提高党的基层组织做思想政治工作的能力,加强育人实践。
The dean's office and Students' affairs division are the main departments of the Whole-process education and the high quality educational staff. Based on the new situation of teaching reform,education innovation and the changes of students,the university should strengthen construction of service type Party organization,and innovate cross-department cooperation by the combination of P arty construction with teaching-research work. The cross-department service P arty organization of college insist on ideological learning and business learning,online and offline service on the students and faculties,and efficient utilization of the main channel on teaching,make teaching and cultivating unify,improve the ability of grass-roots ideological and political education and practice of education.
