中文版护生职业选择量表在护生中的信效度检验

摘要
目的探讨中文版护生职业选择量表在护理本科生中的信度和效度。方法 2018年3—4月,对中文版护生职业选择量表进行翻译、回译和跨文化调试,形成中文版中文版护生职业选择量表;方便抽取天津中医药大学护理学院本科生252例,使用量表对护生进行调查,评价量表的信度和效度。结果中文版护生职业选择量表包含个人兴趣、当前接触的医疗活动、自我效能感、对护理工作的感知、工作前景和社会影响6个维度,35个条目;平均内容信度指数为0.971;共提取6个公因子,累积方差贡献率为57.584%;量表总的Cronbach's α系数为0.898,根据奇偶数折半,折半信度为前18条0.850,后17条0.810。结论中文版护生职业选择量表具有良好的信效度,可作为护生职业选择的测量工具。
[Objective]To explore the reliability and validity of Chinese version-Nursing career choice scale on undergraduate nursing students.[Methods] The Chinese version-Nursing career choice scale was formed by the translation, back translation and cross-cultural debugging of Nursing career choice scale from March to April,2018. 252 undergraduate nursing students were collected from the College of Nursing of Tianjin University of Traditional Chinese Medicine by convenience sampling. The reliability and validity of the scale were evaluated by using the scale to investigate nursing students.[Results] The Chinese version-Nursing career choice scale included six dimensions of personal interest, current medical activities, self-efficacy,perception of nursing work, job prospects and social impact, and 35 item. The average content reliability index was 0.971.Totally six common factors were extracted, and the cumulative variance contribution rate was 57.584%. Total Cronbach's αcoefficient was 0.898. According to odd even binary, the binary reliability of the first 18 items and the last 17 items was 0.850 and 0.810 respectively.[Conclusion] The Chinese version-Nursing career choice scale has good reliability and validity, and can be used as a measuring tool for nursing students' occupational choice.
