四肢创面修复中负压封闭引流技术的效果分析

摘要
目的探讨四肢创面修复中负压封闭引流技术(VSD)的应用效果。方法选取该院于2015年5月—2018年12月收治的30例四肢创伤患者,按照随机数字表法分为2组,每组15例,对照组开展常规治疗,观察组则采用VSD,对比两组治疗效果。结果观察组治疗总有效率(93.33%)较对照组(73.33%),显著偏高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组创面愈合时间、住院时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),换药次数少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将VSD应用于四肢创面修复中,能加速创面愈合,改善局部微循环,临床应用价值高。
Objective To investigate the effect of vacuum sealing drainage(VSD) in limb wound repair. Methods Thirty patients with limb trauma admitted to our hospital from May 2015 to December 2018 were divided into two groups according to the random number table method, with 15 cases in each group. The control group was given routine treatment,while the observation group was given VSD. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group(93.33%) was significantly higher than that of the control group(73.33%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The wound healing time and hospitalization time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05), and the times of dressing change were less than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion VSD can accelerate wound healing and improve local microcirculation in limb wound repair. It has high clinical value.
